Just at big as when I gave birth last time

We were comparing pics last night and I am as big now as I was last pregnancy when I gave birth! Not good ... I weigh as much too ... 170 lbs. Half my maternity clothes don't fit anymore. I can't imagine getting any bigger. People constantly ask me if I am due any day now or if I am expecting twins!
